No. On GettGuard no subscription or customer engagement system is required. You are free to order whenever you want, for a one-shot need or with a recurrence. However, if you have a frequency forecast, we can offer a negotiated price to your needs.
On GettGuard you can book from 4 hours of service.
The services offered by GettGuard require proper attire and travel time. Thus, we allow orders made less than 2 hours before the start of the mission but we can not guarantee that the agent will be on site at the requested time. We recommend that you book as soon as possible and we will guarantee the best agents for your needs.
Yes! GettGuard is available in mobile version (Android and iOS) and desktop version (Google Chrome or Firefox). Still, we recommend downloading the GettGuard app for the best user experience.
Currently GettGuard only offers credit card payment via a dual authentication system. You can register multiple credit cards, depending on your needs.
Yes ! You will find all the history of your orders and all your invoices in your personal space. Your invoices will be available at the end of the last mission of your order.
